Assigning task to users from product page

Who can use this feature? 

Super users and PIM users with Read/Write Permission for the Task Management module. 

Available on accounts with subscription to Task Management Module. 


 

Tasks can be assigned to users either from the product detail page for individual products or at the attribute group level.

 

How to assign task at attribute group level?

1. Navigate to the product detail page of the item that requires enrichment.


2. Click the Action button and choose 'Assign Task.'


 

 

 

3. On the right panel, click 'Group Level' to view the attribute group list.


4. Select the User from the dropdown menu to whom you want to assign the task


 

 


How to assign task at Product level?


1. To assign a task at the product level, click 'Product Level.'


2. In the right panel, select the user from the 'Assign To' dropdown.


3. Set a due date for the task and include any relevant comments.




After the task is assigned, both the assignee and the assignor will receive notifications.


When the assignee receives a notification, they can log in to PIMworks, work on the product assigned to them, and subsequently assign it back to the assignor for the approval process.
