Super users and PIM Users with Channels module.

Available on Accounts with subscription to Channels/Health check subscription module

Healthcheck Mapping is the process of aligning PIM Taxonomy nodes and attributes with the corresponding nodes and attributes of a marketplace to ensure compliance with the marketplace's guidelines within the PIMworks platform.

1. Go to Channels > Healthcheck Mapping under Mapping.

2. You will see a list of subscribed marketplaces along with their respective stores for node mapping.

3. Click on 'View' next to the channel you wish to map, such as Shopify

4. Map the PIM Taxonomy node to the relevant "Shopify Updated CSG" under Marketplace Taxonomy Node, and then click the 'Save Changes' button

Taxonomy node mapping can be efficiently done in bulk by selecting multiple taxonomy nodes and using the bulk edit icon located near the Marketplace Taxonomy Node.

5. After saving these changes, proceed with mapping attributes to complete the Healthcheck Mapping process.

 How to do Attribute mapping

1. Click on 'Attributes' to map 'PIM attributes' with 'Marketplace Attributes,' and then save your changes.

2. In attribute mapping, map marketplace attributes to individual PIM attributes.

Marketplace attributes are displayed based on the priority type

Ensure the mandatory marketplace attributes are mapped to enable the healthcheck process

3. To map attributes for multiple taxonomy nodes, select one or more PIM Taxonomy Nodes and click the icon located next to Attributes.

4. In Attribute Bulk Mapping, map PIM attributes to Marketplace Attributes.

Mandatory attributes will not be displayed while mapping attributes in bulk

Priority of an attribute can vary at each channel level.

5. After saving the changes, the health check process for the products in that taxonomy node will be calculated in the background. The health check score and status will be updated accordingly.

6. Ensure that all mandatory attributes are mapped when sending products from PIMWorks to a channel through the API/Batch Output process.
