Enriching Product information at channel level

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with permission to  Product List / Product Detail

Available on Accounts with subscription to Product List / Product Details module 


1. Go to Product > Product list under Products



2. Click on a product to access its detail page.



3. Navigate to the desired Channel/Store to enrich the channel specific information of a product.



During the initial load, 50 attributes will be displayed. Upon scrolling, additional attributes will be loaded and shown in detail on the page

 

To view only the mandatory attributes, enable the 'Mandatory' toggle
To view the attributes with errors, enable the 'Error' toggle
You can search for attributes you wish to enrich


To view the attributes mapped to the channel, enable the 'Mapping' toggle. Please note that this toggle can only be enabled when the channel healthcheck mapping has been completed for that taxonomy node in the channel


When you enable the 'Mapping' toggle, you can view both the channel attribute name and the corresponding PIM attribute name.
Channel attribute settings will be shown in 'i' icon


4. To make a product ready for a channel, ensure that the healthcheck score for Attribution, Title, Description, and Image are all at 100%.


Title - Product Name
Image - Media attributes such as Image and Videos
Description - Rich text attributes like Description, A+ Content, Features/Bullet points etc...
Attribution - All Other attributes 


5. Click on the Attribute group name to access the attributes available in that group for further enrichment.


6. When healthcheck score is 100%, syndicate button will be enabled for that channel.


7. Use the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons to navigate to other products for enrichment.
