Managing Custom view

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with Read/Write permission for Custom view module

Available on all User Accounts with subscription to Custom view module

User have the ability to edit or perform bulk edits of attributes by selecting products, making attribute changes, and saving the information for multiple products simultaneously. 

Group Editing attribute values in bulk

1. Navigate to Product > Custom view under Products

2. Select the Channel and store

3. Choose the Product(s) you wish to edit

4. Click on 'Bulk edit' icon near the attribute name to edit the value of that attribute for multiple products at once

Search product data and filter products based on the search result

User can search globally by typing a text in search box

1. Select the Channel and store

2. Enter the text you wish to search for in 'Search box' 

Users can further refine their search results by selecting an attribute from the dropdown menu, based on the attributes available on the Custom View page 

This enables them to search for specific text within a particular attribute, helping to narrow down their search results effectively

Create Batch to Bulk Enrichment

1. Select the Channel and store

2. Choose the product(s) and click on Action  icon to create a batch for enrichment.

3. Specify a Batch Name, Batch Comments and choose whether to include Source Finder/Attribute Extraction and can assign the batch to the individuals who needs to work on that batch.

Within this batch, users can perform bulk edits on multiple products, and the updated information will be synchronized back to the product page in PIMworks

Creating a new batch is not possible for products already present in the Enrichment process.

Assigned users only have the capability to access and work on batches that they have been assigned to.

Exporting products

1. Select the Channel and store

2. Choose the product(s) you wish to export

3. Click the Download icon to export the products.

File can be exported in either CSV or XLSX formats.
