Managing & Assigning roles to users

Who can access the this feature?

Super Users/Admin Users with permission to User Management module 

Available on Accounts with subscription to Manage Users module

1. Navigation:

    a. Click on the Settings icon

    b. Under User Management, select Manage User

2. Super User/Admin User Privileges:

    a. Super/Admin Users have the authority to add new users and view the list of users associated with this account.

    b. They can assign roles to users by selecting a role from the User Roles dropdown.

    c. Super Users can choose either a custom role or a pre-existing role from the dropdown

3. Assigning Vendor Roles:

    a. Super Users can also assign roles to Vendor Users.

    b. To do this, they should first select the 'Vendor role from the User Roles dropdown.

    c. Next, choose the specific vendor from the Vendor Name dropdown

If the Vendor Name is not configured, users will only be able to assume the vendor role if they are mapped to a vendor profile

The Vendor Name dropdown, containing the list of vendors, is populated from the Vendor Management > Vendor Profile page
