Product data compliance validation syndicated to Amazon.com

Who can use this feature?

Super users  and PIM user with Channel subscription, SEO Attribute module access and who have subscribed to Shopify with valid API credentials.

Accounts with subscription to Channel Subscription, SEO Attribute module


Prerequisites

1. Channel subscription with valid API credentials.
2. Attributes, Taxonomy creation in PIMWorks
3. Enriched product Information and 100% healthcheck score
4. Channel mapping

Mapping SEO attributes


1. Click on the Settings  icon 

2. Click on the 'Attributes' under 'Data Modelling'.

 

3. Navigate to 'SEO Attribute' tab within the Attribute page



4. Map the SEO Attribute to the corresponding PIM Attribute and then click the 'Save' button.


5. Navigate to Product > Product list under Products, select the Amazon.com channel/store.


6. Users can view the compliance status of the products that have been syndicated to Amazon.com



7. Select a product from the Product list page which has been syndicated to Amazon.com channel.


8. Navigate to the Product Detail page of the product.


9. Click on the 'Compliance' tab to access the detailed view of the product's compliance information.


 

PIMworks currently handle compliance information for product Title, Description and Key features


Product level - Compliance status
Live - Product information sent from PIM matches with Amazon product information
Not Live - Product has not been sent to Amazon yet
Mismatched - Product information has not been updated in Amazon

Product attribute level - Compliance status
Matched - Product information sent from PIMworks matches with live Amazon information
Mismatched - Product information has not been updated in Amazon
