Auto enriching Product data in bulk

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with Read/Write permission for Bulk Enrichment, Source finder, Attribute extraction module.


Available on all User Accounts with subscription to Bulk Enrichment, Source finder, Attribute extraction module


1. Navigate to Products, select the SKU’s and click on 'Action' button and click on 'Create batch' icon.


2. Provide Batch Name, Comments (optional) 


3. Enable 'Source Finder' and 'Attribute Extraction' and select Assignee who has to work on the batch.


4. Click on the 'Create' button



5. After creating, you can view the batches in Products > PIM Batches  or navigate to Products > Enrichment > Bulk Enrichment from the menu.


6. Under the ‘Filters’ tab, select a batch and category


7. In product attribute information, you'll access web-sourced crawled data tagged with a flag and accompanied by a confidence score. By clicking on the flag, you can reveal the origin of the extracted data.


8. You can further more enrich product information with the help of the input sources crawled from the web.


8. Once you enrich the product data in all the services (Attribution, Title, Description, Image), click on the 'Sync with PIM' button in all the tab to save and complete the batch


9. You can view each product's enriched data and completeness scores on the Products page 

 


User will be able to bulk edit product information by selecting the products and clicking on bulk edit icon in the attribute header


User will be able to filter the product using filter option near save button


User can see the error count and navigate to find the errors and fix the errors and save product information easily
