Create & manage roles

Who can access this feature?

Super Users, Primary Users and Users with permission to Role Creation module Available on Accounts with subscription to Manage Roles module


1. Navigation:

    a. Click on the Settings icon  

    b. Under User Management, select Manage Roles

 

 

2. View Pre-existing Roles:


    a. Users can see three default roles: Vendor, Admin, and Default.


    b. These roles are pre-configured and cannot be deleted.



3. Create New User Roles:

    a. To add new user roles, click on 'Add Roles.'

    

    b. After defining the new roles, click the 'Save' button.



4. Editing Roles:


    a. Newly created roles are now available.

    

    b. To edit these roles, simply click on the role name hyperlink.
