Creating/adding user to account

Who can use this feature?

Super Users/Admin Users with permission to User Management module

Available on Accounts with subscription to Manage Users module


1. Click on the Settings icon

2. Under User Management, select Manage User.
 

3. Click on 'Add User' and complete all required information.





















4. Finally, click 'Add' to confirm and create the user.














User need to activate his account with the Activation link received in registered mail address


By default a new user will be added as secondary user in PIMWorks.


Alternate method to create user 

1. Share Registration Link:

    Share secondary user registration link with the user.


2. User Registration:


    The user clicks the provided link, which redirects them to the signup page.


3. Complete User Information:


    The user fills in all the necessary information.


4. Activation:


    The user activates their account by clicking the activation link received via email.

Secondary users do not have the ability to Create attributes, taxonomies and products.


How to make a Secondary user as Primary User

Enable the "Is Primary User" checkbox and specify module permissions for the user.
