Deleting Product

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with permission to  Product List / Product Detail module

Available on Accounts with subscription to Product List / Product Details module 

Deleting Products in bulk from listing page

1. Navigate to Products > Product List
 

2. Choose the Product(s) you wish to remove

3. Click on 'Action' button and click on 'delete' icon

You can delete products from Master channel only

4. If a product has variants, the action will depend on your selection:

        1. If you choose to delete the product, all variant products along with the parent will be deleted.

        2. If you decide to set all variants as single product, each variant will be treated as an individual standalone product.

Deleting Product from Product detail page

1. Navigate to a Product detail page of a product from Product list page

2. Click on 'Action' icon and click on delete icon to remove the product.

3. If a product has variants, the action will depend on your selection:

        1. If you choose to delete the product, all variant products along with the parent will be deleted.

        2. If you opt to select any one variant to act as a new parent, the chosen variant will become the new parent product.

        3. If you decide to set all variants as single product, each variant will be treated as an individual standalone product.

Deleted products can't be retrieved back

Deleting a product will remove the product information across channels
