Creating and Managing Options products

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with Product List / Product Detail module.

Available on Accounts with subscription to Product List / Product Details module 

Option products are individual products which can be mapped to another product to sell it along or as a bundled product.

How to create/map Option/Related products to a product?

1. Navigate to Products > Product list

2. Navigate to product detail page of product for which you want to create a variant, by clicking on SKU or Product name of the product from Product Listing page. 

3. To add a new option group, click 'Add Option Group' on right pane. 

4. Enter the Option Group and click the green tick, new option group is now created.

5. You can add products by choosing the option group and products by filtering through taxonomy or viewing all products.

6. You can add multiple option groups and map the products under each option group.

Same products can be added in multiple option groups

A maximum of 50 options can be assigned to a product. For upgrade, please reach out to help@pimworks.io or navigate to Settings > Plan Details within Account Settings > Upgrade

7. You can unlink a product by clicking on 'Unlink' icon against the mapped option product.

8. You can enrich quantity for each option product in 'Qty' text box and also can provide 'UOM' (unit of measure) to each option product and click on save

Available on Accounts with subscription to Bill of Material module 

9. Once you create option for a channel/store, you can also copy the same options across channel/store if required.

Option products are created and managed at channel/store level
