Super users and PIM Users with Read/Write permission for Export module.
Available on Accounts with subscription to Export module
Exporting Product data from Product list page
1. Navigate to Product > Product list under Products
2. Choose the products you wish to export
3. Click the 'Export' button
4. Choose the file format for your export, either .csv or .xlsx. You can also decide whether to include variants and HTML tags in the export file. These settings can be turned off if not required
5. If you turn off the 'Include variants' option, variants will not be included in the export
6. If you turn off 'Include HTML tags,' the HTML tags in the product data will not be included in the export
7. If the product selection is 100 items or fewer, the export will download directly in the browser
8. When exporting more than 100 products, you will receive an in-app and email notification once the export is completed, and it will include the export path
9. Click on the provided link in the notification to initiate the file download

Available on Accounts with subscription to Custom View module 1. Navigate to Product > Custom view under Products
2. Select the Channel and store
3. Choose the product(s) you wish to export
4. Click the Download
icon to export the products 
Product Selection across pages will be maintainedFile can be exported in either CSV or XLSX formats.
