Managing API accounts

Who can use this feature?

Super users and PIM Users with permission to  API Accounts  

Available on Accounts with subscription to API Accounts module 

Managing API accounts and generating API Credentials

1. Navigate to Channel > Manage API Accounts under Connectors

2. Click the 'Generate API credentials' button to obtain user specific API credentials.

Number of API credentials is limited for an account and can be increased by submitting an upgrade request.

Users can utilize these credentials to establish a connection between PIMworks and an external system. PIMworks will track and monitor the user's name associated with the API credentials.
