Who can use this feature? Super users and PIM Users with permission to API Application module Available on Accounts with subscription to API Application module
1. Navigate to Channel > Manage API Application under Connectors
2. Click on the 'Create App' button in Private Apps page
3. Provide 'App name' and click on 'Create and Generate credentials' button to get the API credentials
Number of API credentials is limited for an account and can be increased by submitting an upgrade request.Users can utilize these credentials to establish a connection between PIMworks and an external system. PIMworks will monitor the app's name associated with any actions performed using these API credentials
